Slight separation.

Right foot strap split in the middle.
Backing used to reinforce the strap.
Left foot strap had been previously repaired using a machine stitch technique I have never seen before. Re-done to unify the pair and reinforce both straps properly.
Strap base separation.
Complete out-sole re-glue,
